Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Level Up account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
